Designing, building and painting a custom cabinet yourself is a fun process. And with the TOSIZE furniture cabinets it is also very easy. With the 3D configurator you can quickly put together a large or small custom cabinet. Read more about Dewi's approach and cupboard.

Description of Dewi

We have made a TOSIZE Furniture - compartment cupboard because we were looking for more storage space in our living room. We can also place a lot of personal items in the compartments.

How I made this project

The cupboard was easy to draw via the 3D configurator. During the drawing process, we already thought about what items we wanted to put in the cupboard, so that we could adjust the dimensions accordingly. When the cabinet was delivered, we made a stack of parts per compartment. The numbering of the parts and the clear drawing made assembling the cabinet easy. We then finished the seams of the cabinet with anti-crack acrylic sealant and then primed it. Then varnished in two more layers. We varnished the doors and the shelves behind the doors separately and only attached them afterwards.
